Best Weight Loss Diets
The top three diets for weight loss include Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and Volumetrics. Weight Watchers and Volumetrics involve eating in moderation and eating foods that are satisfying without being too caloric.
Best Commercial Diet Plans
The Best Commercial Diet Plans, according to the study, include the Acid Alkaline Diet, and others that involve pre-packaged meals. While these plans can be effective if followed, learning to eat well on your own is a crucial component in maintaining a healthy weight.
Best Diabetes Diets
For those managing diabetes and need to be mindful of sugars and carbohydrates, the top diets according to the rankings include DASH, Mediterranean, and a Vegan Diet.
Best Fast Weight Loss Diets
This category makes me a bit uneasy because losing weight fast in never the “best” idea. However, in this study, the top diets for rapid weight loss include HMR Program, Weight Watchers, and the Biggest Loser Diet. Repke Fitness does not recommend any plan that promises swift weight loss because this is not a healthy way to achieve a weight goal, and it is not likely to stick.
Best Heart-Healthy Diets
The DASH Diet, Ornish Diet, and TLC Diets are the top ranking plans for people who are mindful of heart health.

Vegetarians or those who choose to lean more towards vegetarian diets may fare well on The Abs Diet, Acid Alkaline Diet, or The Fast Diet, according the the study’s rankings.
Easiest Diets to Follow
For those who have a difficult time following a diet at all, the study suggests that The Fertility Diet, Mediterranean Diet, and MIND Diet may be easiest to follow, although they may not all reflect your personal goals.
