Consistency begins with 5 minutes
You don’t need an hour. You don’t need perfect motivation.
Start with five minutes a day and build consistency that actually lasts.
Five Minutes Is All It Takes to Start
This fitness challenge is designed for people who struggle to start or stay consistent. If you’ve started and stopped working out more times than you can count, this is built for you.
You’ve tried doing more. Now try doing less, consistently.
Most people fail at fitness because they aim too big, too fast.
You don’t need more time. You need a plan like this that removes excuses.

- Consistency beats intensity every time
- If you can do five minutes, momentum takes over
- Thinking about working out burns zero calories
This program is built around starting small, staying consistent, and letting results follow.
