Good habits start early.
Our youngest current client is 8. Kids and teens train with us for different reasons: some play sports and want to get stronger and faster, some want to feel more confident in their bodies, and some just need a positive way to stay active.
Done right, strength training is safe for kids. The American Academy of Pediatrics supports resistance training for children and teens when it is properly supervised and focused on technique. That is exactly how we coach: correct movement patterns first, then gradual progress, in a private setting where nobody is watching but the trainer.
Built for growing bodies.
Movement fundamentals
Squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and landing correctly, the base for every sport and every lift later in life.
Strength and speed
Age-appropriate strength and conditioning for young athletes. See our tips to improve your run time.
Injury prevention
Balance, body control, and stronger muscles around the joints that take a beating in sports.
Confidence
A private, encouraging space for kids who feel out of place in team sports or busy gyms.
Healthy habits
Simple talk about sleep, food, and activity that kids can actually use.
Training with a parent
Our Family Plan lets two family members share up to 4 sessions a week. Some parents and kids train side by side on their own programs.

Two brothers, one studio.
“My oldest son loves coming to Repke Fitness. He’s been going for almost two years now and thoroughly enjoys his sessions. He trains mainly with Noah and Darius. He loves it so much that now his younger brother comes with him. One is 8 and one is 11, and they absolutely love going there. I love that they get the attention they need to make sure they’re working out safely, as opposed to sticking them in one of those group gyms where the coach is trying to train 12 kids at once.”
