Why it matters

Strong moms, safely.

For most healthy pregnancies, exercise is recommended, not something to avoid. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week during pregnancy and after birth for people without complications, including strength work. The challenge is knowing what is safe as your body changes, and rebuilding the right way afterward.

We help with both. Your program changes trimester by trimester, and after delivery we rebuild from the inside out: breathing, core, and pelvic floor awareness first, then strength and conditioning as you are ready. Read more about the benefits of exercise during pregnancy.

Coached by someone who gets it. Sara, our co-owner and head trainer, is an ACE certified trainer and health coach who has navigated postpartum fitness herself. Our team is led by a Registered Nurse, and we always work within your OB or midwife’s guidance.
How we train you

A plan for every stage.

During pregnancy

Strength, posture, and stamina work adjusted each trimester. We avoid lying flat on your back later in pregnancy, contact risks, and anything your provider has ruled out.

After delivery

Once your provider clears you, usually after your postpartum checkup, we start with breathing, core connection, and gentle strength.

Core and pelvic floor aware

We watch for signs like abdominal separation (diastasis recti), leaking, or pelvic pressure, and we refer to pelvic floor physical therapists when needed.

C-section recovery

A slower, scar-friendly progression once you have medical clearance.

Real-life strength

Lifting car seats, carrying a toddler on one hip, and getting up off the floor, trained on purpose.

Nutrition and energy

Basic nutrition guidance is included with every plan, with deeper coaching from Sara available.

Private and welcoming

No crowded gym floor and no one sizing you up. Everyone in our studio has their own trainer, so nobody is watching but your coach.

Certified, clinically experienced

A Registered Nurse founder and certified trainers with physical therapy clinic experience who are comfortable working with medical conditions.

Close to home

What clients say

In their own words.

★★★★★“After having my son at the later age of 39, I knew I would be blessed with some major changes to my body… My gym membership was not getting used consistently because I didn’t have the accountability. Repke fitness gives me the accountability that I was lacking.”

Deena G.Google review

★★★★★“I have worked with Sara primarily and she is incredible. She makes every workout fun, but she also knows exactly how to challenge me in a safe, smart way.”

Danielle K.Google review

★★★★★“They build the workouts around any issues or injuries you may have and constantly check in to make sure nothing is aggravated.”

Questions

Common questions.

Is it safe to strength train while pregnant?

For most healthy pregnancies, yes, and ACOG recommends it. Get clearance from your OB or midwife first, tell us about any complications, and we adjust your program each trimester.

When can I start training after giving birth?

Usually after your provider clears you, often around your postpartum checkup. C-section recovery may take longer. We start gently and build from there.

Can you help with diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues?

We train with core and pelvic floor awareness and adjust exercises around abdominal separation or symptoms. For leaking, pain, or pelvic pressure, we recommend a pelvic floor physical therapist, and we are happy to work alongside them.

Can I bring my baby?

Talk to us when you book. Our studio is private and appointment-only, and we will do our best to make it work.
