Throughout our 8-year history, we’ve held fast to our mission – to create a private, welcoming, and clean environment where we can provide our clients with the best workouts regardless of their injuries or medical conditions.

We Are Not a Gym

Are you looking for a quality personal trainer in Severna Park, Millersville, Pasadena, Glen Burnie or the surrounding area? Well, look no further! We are a private personal training studio that services Severn, Gambrills, Odenton, Millersville, Pasadena, Crownsville and the surrounding area.

We are not a gym and have no desire to be! All of our clients have scheduled, recurring personal training appointments with our Certified Personal Trainers, on every visit to our studio. We provide our clients with the best place to work-up a sweat – in a private, clean and friendly environment. Unlike a gym, you will not have to worry about a bunch of strangers staring at you, making you feel self-conscious, while you are trying to workout. 

Knowledgeable Trainers

Our personal trainers are extremely knowledgeable and have extensive backgrounds and experience in personal training, working within a physical therapy setting, as well as experience in the medical field. The Repke Fitness team only consists of experts! We are the only fitness facility that requires all of our certified personal fitness trainers to possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the field and experience working in a physical therapy setting.

With our trainers’ level of expertise, we specialize in training clients with various injuries and conditions such as, people with back pain, knee pain, diabetes, heart conditions and many other health issues. Since we are able to safely train those clients, we can also train people without injuries or medical conditions.

If needed, we’ll collaborate with your physical therapists and other health care providers to make sure you stay safe while you’re on your path to living a healthier life.

Tailored Workouts

When you choose to train with us, you are not choosing to train with “just” another trainer. Unlike big box gyms, we do not believe in cookie-cutter workouts where everyone is doing the same Workout Of the Day (WOD). Our certified personal trainers create unique workouts for all of our clients while taking into account their fitness goals, their age and any injuries that they may have.

We take a total body approach to health and fitness, so we’ll incorporate the 5 components of physical fitness into your workout program which also includes flexibility. We’ll also help you with basic nutrition if you want help in that area. If losing weight is part of your goal then making changes to your eating will be vital. Because when it comes to weight loss 80% of your results will come from changes in your eating habit.
